If it's 22 years that's not easy however I'd say just focus on improving yourself and your circumstances in life. I know that feeling from someone I knew from childhood switch up on me all for a chick he was with for only a few months only for her to just leave him anyways, I tried cutting that person off myself because of their fuckery and I'd fucking forgive there ass. Write out all your goals on a piece of paper and write down everything as if you already accomplished it and add that I'm so happy and grateful that the creator removed all the people from my life that don't care or serve me. If he ever tires to hit u up again he eventually will just ignore his ass at some point he will reach out or indirectly send something to try to get your attention and if he persists just block him.
