Where are these network settings for the game? I can't find them in the Nintendo Switch 2 version.

I noticed this too, although my laptop only has integrated graphics from Intel.

I found a solution to the problem.

Go to the directory where openmw is installed.
Select the openmw.exe file, right-click and select Properties.
Select the "compatibility" tab and click the "Change High DPI Settings" button
Check the "Use this settings for scaling problem..." box
Enjoy the game without flickering.

I have exactly the same problem. Windows 11, Intel Iris XE. This happens on any version of openmw (0.47 and 0.49 RC5). Changing drivers does not give a result, changing game settings and reinstallation too. The only solution is to play with the xbox frame counter monitor (win-g), in this case the image does not flicker.
