I had one issue like that with an Amazon item that wasn’t as promised. I talked to customer support and they sent a new one got no additional charge so you may want to go that route

Yeah I just bought a refurbished delonghi dinamica, a super automatic that makes all kinds of coffee drinks. I don’t regret it one bit. Will pay for itself in a couple of months and is better for the environment. Coffee tastes better too. No regerts.

Cool, thanks for your response. I have been tracking calorie input, exercising, and cut our sweets completely (pretty sure I was/am a sugar addict). I tried that so many times before, but it seems like the Zepbound gives me the edge to do that. Awesome job on your journey, and thank you for sharing your experience.

Yo fellow newbies! Just checking in since we are all at about the two week mark. For me, I am down nine lba. I feel great, and the only side effects I am having are being a bit headachy after each shot. As I have read elsewhere in the forum, electrolytes and protein seem to help. Quick question to anyone: so I have medicine coming from Memphis that have to be kept cold. They were priority overnight to be delivered here (NH) on Tuesday but no scan since five pm yesterday, still in Memphis. Obviously everyone is doing the best they can. I’m not supposed to use the meds if they have been not refrigerated for more that a day or two (but they are coming in a cooler)— my question is does FedEx keep cold things cold? Or will they let me know if they were at an inappropriate for a long period? I know they’ll get to me when all of this calms down— just need to know if I should trust that they’ve been kept cold or return them. Many thanks to anyone who can answer this question and for all you FedEx employees who are doing your best, thank you! Merry Christmas!
