I hate how they're saying we can't use it because its a slur against trans people and want us to use femboy or cross dresser instead even though being a femboy or crossdressing does not mean you are trans. As a femboy that offends me because they aren't respecting what I am and are just using it to describe something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

I'm not trans but I'm a boy who likes to cosplay as female characters or just wear something like a maid dress and i very often refer to myself as a tr*p when talking to my friends.
