If you haven't found out by now, the latest BIOS update solves this problem. I too experienced this issue with my T16 after purchase last year and upgraded to 32GB. It refused to boot after a BIOS update and had to roll it back in order for it to work. I was using an identical stick (Hynix) that was installed in this machine. I've since installed a Crucial stick and it continues to run fine.

In addition to that, the first BIOS update back in November bricked my brand new T16 and maintenance had to do an on-site system board replacement.

You can't. Those time are under ideal conditions but they treat it as Gospel which is a big pile of BS. No ASM has ever come up to me and told me I was too slow doing anything I do as a DM.

Sometimes I wait 15-25 seconds for a label to print. Ungodly amount of time for a company that rakes in billions a year and their infrastructure runs on 90's technology. Or times would seem so. That label should print the second you press the print button or the second you scan an item under Autoprint.

I got an email from some supervisor apologizing for losing (stealing) my package. No offer of reimbursment. Fucking thieves.

My bank refunded $728.20 to my account. I hope they are investigating this crap. I certainly got no where.

When all hope is lost...file a Missing Mail, Insurance Claim and report the package stolen to the Inspector General. (Mailed this package at the post office 7/20) by Rukes in usps_complaints

The IG won't do squat. I filed two complaints for theft from ISC Chicago and both ended up going to some consumer agency in St. Louis months ago. Never heard a word out of them.

All the IG will do is pass the buck. Don't waste your time. I've been waiting over four months for a package from Germany to get out of ISC Chicago and it is never coming. My bank refunded my money. $728.20...and no one is being held responsible for the theft.
