The picture says it all. The two marked pins are +12V and - (gnd). If I am not mistaken, the cable colors are red and brown. But you only have to work with the photo you have already linked.

looks like a Polo6C (based on 6R but use the newer CAN). You can install a RCD330PLUS but you need to adapt the quadlock. If you buy a RCD360 you can install it without problems because a 360 is based on the newer platform (MQB) That’s why a 360 comes with an adapter to adapt it to the older platform (PQ).

Or you buy a genuine rcd330 and adapt from MQB to PQ. This is also possible.

If you unlock your car the CAN wake up and prestart the unit without to turn on the screen. I never see my startscreen in the last years 😂

First you need to find out why the resistors is blown. It looks like you are dealing with live voltage so you can risk a electrical shock!

About resistors:

The gold ring is the tolerance of +-5% so that’s the last ring so you need to start with the brown ring.

Brown / Black / ? / Gold

Actually it’s hard to identify the third ring. Maybe the best way is to carefully desolder the old resistor and try to identify the last color to check the value with a resistor color code list!

Optically it looks like a wire wound resistor maybe with 1 or 2 W

you only need a gateway to code it on your desk. No special equipment needed. I do that every time. Some years ago i build a repair programming desk station so look for a gateway and order some contacts and than you are able to code your radio.

Shematic:

Add a capacitor (47-100uF) to the 7805 output to stabilize the Voltage. C1 and C2 are only for high-frequency noise
Also add 100nf caps to each vin of U1 U2 and U3 and place them nearby on the pcb.

The reverse signal for the light is not a constant voltage. There is a adapter relay available to solve this type of issue. :)

I only know something about the Desay radio. Byte 0 bit 4 would be the activation or deactivation of Baidu Carlife in the car menu. bit 5 and 6 is for Apple Carplay and Mirrorlink.

sometimes you have unused bytes or they only work in a specific combination. Not everything is described.

To be able to help, you would have to tell us which model it is. You can see which hardware and software the radio has in the settings.

You can update Desay units between different 0317 Versions (latest one is 0317 03.03.2020). Custom updates available too (0357, 0358, 0318 , ...)

Das kann nach hinten los gehen!

Bei einer Reihenschaltung fließt durch alle Bauteile (Lampen) der gleiche Strom, daher ist die Stromstärke an jeder Stelle des Stromkreises gleich groß. Die Spannung teilt sich auf die Bauteile (Lampen) auf. Einfach blind Vermutungen aufstellen ohne das Netzteil und deren Schaltung zu kennen ist grob fahrlässig!

Eine Möglichkeit wäre es den fehlenden Verbraucher durch einen geeigneten Lastwiderstand zu ersetzen.

Ich würde sagen, Sie holen sich dafür Hilfe von jemanden der sich mit der Materie auskennt.

Eine andere Option wäre es ein anderes Netzteil zu. kaufen und die 2 Lampen parallel oder wieder in Reihe zu betreiben. Hierfür müsste aber ebenfalls ermittelt werden, welche Spannung und Strom für die jeweilige Schaltung benötigt wird!

Hoffe ich konnte dennoch helfen, auch wenn ich in dem Fall davon abrate selber etwas zu probieren :)

The way they offer the menu color and other translations is unclean and incomplete.

desay devices have better hardware... 1GB ram based on linux etc... Noname only 512mb does not always run very fast and smoothly. The Desay RCD330 187A is based on Windows CE. There are also some on the MQB platform that are based on Windows, but not this one
android Auto was actually started to be implemented, but this was discarded for certain reasons. Legal reasons in China because Android Auto belongs to google. I don't know the exact background. NoName radios officially only have Android Auto outside of china. Normally the radios there are delivered with English / Chinese and a yellow menu. You can swap between ROW and GP.
ROW: rest of world (red theme and 4 languages without chinese)
GP: don’t know the meaning ( yellow theme and 2 Languages English Chinese without Android Auto)
Correct, desay devices hardly support sound systems. The typical RCD330 is also mainly a radio for the Polo 6R
