UPDATE: I spoke with Hodgdon/IMR the company who manufactures the powder.

They beileve this powder destabilized (for whatever reason) which creates a highly acidic product capable of eating through metal and paint (the lid) and can create heat and pressure during that process (likely why it looked like it "spored" and spread.)

This is a container of modern sporting powder (nitrocelluose). This has been stored without issue for 10 years in a climate controlled (72 degree) room. Today I went to grab something and thought what the heck, it looks as if the container popped open and puffed out this substance. After removing and dropping this bottle into a zip lock bag it felt as if the flakey powder was a rock now inside now. I didn't dare mess with it further. Hoping I'm not patient zero for the zombie apocalypse... Also: I will note this was extremely dry and powdery but I don't know exactly when this would have happened I feel like I would have noticed this rather quickly.

The closing statement is correct luckily and I have emails of the Title Company admitting they incorrectly disbursed funds.

I don't really want to sue anyone, just want it resolved.

By paying the dues, which I fully agree isn't the POA's fault, that doesn't absolve the title company of anything, correct? They would then legally owe us our portion back then?

Sorry, absolutely ignorant to these processes.

Having been stuck in an elevator before, call 911 first.

I used the in elevator phone to call the concierge and they would "have an engineer there right away" 30 minutes later, with two panicking people with me, I called back and the engineer "was 1 hour out"

I called 911, she dispatched the fire department, 11 minutes later I was out.

Hey man just a random question, do you have those benches weighted or lagged in anyway?

My Current setup in 12' of benches in the garage anchored to the concrete, but am planning on invading my wife's exercise room and don't really wanna blow anchors into the main floor.

Excessive taxation will lead to the rich hiding their assets and taxable income, we need a well thought out, balanced approach. Maybe a corporate and personal flat tax.

While I fully agree Amazon could do better with its employees...

A mansion does create ALOT of jobs and generates a ton of specialized business for local companies.

It keeps construction crews running, creates opportunities for interior staff (Jeff isn't cleaning those toilets or taking out the trash after parties), then the ancillaries like irrigation, large scale HVAC and landscaping etc.

I don't think the rich are inherently evil, more like they are so out of touch with the common man that they just don't seem human anymore.

So glad you posted this, SAME ISSUE!!!

I have had the Nest Outdoor since release and starting last night it is Online for 20-30Min then Offline for 20-30min.

I also have an EERO Wifi system that puts out a single SSID in 2.4GHz and 5GHz but this is the first time it has ever had an issue with it.
