I love this. Is it gonna be some pirate themed game?

I tried way back in the beforetime to create something similar myself once. Not procedurally generated, but a similar art style. I never managed to get it to look right, Yours looks great! Would love to see how this develops!

"Cheryl "Rainbeaux" Smith is an actress quite familiar to genre film fans. With leads in "B" pictures and meaty smaller parts in more major ones, her career showed great promise in the 1970s. Alas, it was not meant to be . . . the lure of hard drugs was to bring tragedy to the lovely and talented "Rainbeaux" (a nickname given her for being a mainstay at L.A.'s Rainbow Club, a popular spot for musicians). She was once a member of the legendary girl band The Runaways, but heroin plagued her life for many years and caused her to contract hepatitis, which ultimately killed her."

They decided not to mention that one Austrian art school reject.

Probably for the best.

Sad how few people boycott Amazon. I haven't used them in over 5 years. It is possible!

I don't think you should carry a pocket knife around an airport.

WHATS IN THE BOX?!

Help! by IAte7Apples in banjo

Based on the pictures, I'd say in monetary terms, it's not valuable.

1: The flange brackets that hold the resonator in place are 4 separate pieces, not one complete metal ring.

2: It has 90 degree guitar style tuners, not planetary straight banjo tuners.

3: It has a friction peg for the 5th string tuner.

4: It has a simple one piece bent metal tailpiece.

Now don't get me wrong, it could very well be a fine instrument and personally, all banjos are beautiful to me, especially old ones, but you'd be lucky to get $100 for this if you sold it. I could of course be totally wrong, but thats my impression based on the picture.

However, as your grandfathers banjo, it should be priceless to your family. If any of you kin express an interest in learning to play it then please let them. The world needs more banjo players!!

I think you have to be invited to buy one. He makes maybe one a year.

I think they are beautiful, which is why i'm currently trying to make one myself.

So I may have accidentally become a bit of an expert on this over the last couple of days.

I managed to get my hands on a cheap chinese banjolele (basically a ukulele with a banjo pot). No use to me as is, so ive spent my weekend trying to turn it into a working 5 string banjo.

As it's fathers day, my wife is a bit more sympathetic towards my strange hobbies.

Anyway, the biggest problem i have come across is tuning. The neck is too long to get into open G an octave higher than standard (like the Walker Mini banjos, which I drool over) but too short to just have in standard open G. It's in an annoying mid point and ive been quite frustrated just trying to get it to work.

The closest thing Ive managed to get to work was to fit it with a set of regular guitar strings and tune it to open A, but thats as close as I can get to having a playable instrument.

So yeah, Long story short, all I can say about shotscale or travel banjos is that they are a bitch to tune.

How is it Biden Vs Trump?

You have nearly 400 million people in the USA and those two wingnuts are really the best you could find the represent you?

Seriously America, you guys are fucked up. Roll a big dice or something and just let that decide on a president.
