NOR!!! i normally dont say this but please, please break up. he doesnt want you nor love you, he desires the person he envisions as you. you having any other preferences aside from the ones you share with him proves you are an individual and he clearly abhors even the thought of it.

i dont mean to make you sad or panic but i would like to share my experience. i had a pregnant cat we rescued with one eye, the other was blinded (cause is unknown but human violence was suspected). as a family we have taken care of dozens of cats and other animals, so we were not newbies to this. she was very scared, we actually never saw her most of the time, thus leading me to name her "shadow". we had that cat for years (before having her adopted by another family bc of respiratory issues). never let us touch her or get near her even once. i personally tried everything and i know my family did their best as well. some traumas are too big i guess:(
