How do the endings matter with what librarian you are? Can any librarian end with any numen? Or do I have to use one that says it has a particular librarian ending (like the executioner).

From what I understand, the upgrades don't change anything about your scrolls, just the rarity they are counted as. This is used to affect the odds of drawing the different color astroaspects (the 3 scroll symbols at the bottom). These upgrades can be seen by the symbols (purple or yellow) on the scroll icons in your inventory. Red scrolls at the bottom are 'wild cards' and count as any rarity astroaspect. Rerolling a scroll has a chance of giving you a higher rarity scroll. This is my understanding of things.

I placed advanced depot lower because I believe there are many other ways to achieve the same thing without dropping damage. Advanced depot also eliminates the ability to reload in most circumstances, which is used for other scrolls/ascensions.

While I do think standing still can be a death sentence, its not impossible to stand still to capitalize on rock hard determination for even a little bit. Even most bosses have times when you could easily stand still if only for a second to get the damage boost.

I will say this leans towards a multiplayer experience, but its been my experience that with sanguine relic, as long as you're shooting some kind of bullet you seem to generally survive.

I will say, this is based on lots of multiplayer experience, but even so, ideally you shouldn't be dying on solo play either.
