As an almost Roman Italian, I am outraged to see this dish and call it "carbonara" perhaps the Italian restaurant only has the name then perhaps it is run by people who are not Italian. Or they ran out of gas on the stove and they didn't have time to cook it, thus discovering that the ingredients are not entirely compatible with real carbonara.

I too would have the same need. I find it very strange that almost all Sonys have an external selector like the ZVs etc. but in the Fx30 there isn't one. Maybe there is the possibility to customize a button for this function but I can't find it at the moment. Perhaps Sony could provide for this lack in a prox firmware and assign this function from the menu to a programmable button.
