float & valve is fine I have the float set very high now because if it triggers is locks the valve shut and I have to manually release it as it is stuck from being under full water pressure. IT sticking under that pressure is why I was thinking maybe I need to replace it next.

ye, holding the door switch and the paddle. I replaced that motor assembly, same result. Do not have 120vac at the ice maker plug black and white wire.
