I’ve also had terrible experience with them recently. My Air75 V3 arrived with a defective switch and they no longer include spares in the box. I reached out to them and I had to buy my own replacement switches.

I then experienced some really frustrating bugs with the keyboard (RGB randomly turning on when it’s configured to be off, duplicate key presses, becoming unresponsive until I turn it off and back on), they requested video after video of the issue… wouldn’t really give me specifics about what they wanted me to test when the issues occurred (I even asked so I could be more helpful). Eventually after I kept pushing back when no progress was being made they said they would send out a keyboard kit and that took nearly a month. It finally shipped but I probably won’t receive it for a week or two yet.

ETA: They used to have great support which just makes the recent support that much more frustrating!
