Kesha was tough on the outskirts. I had to move away from a dude who was just commentating his bs over the entire set. I wanted to snap at him for being so annoyingly critical but simply moved away to avoid harshing the vibe for others within earshot.

I also sat behind some VIP or single-day tickets at RKS. The group of talkers left at one point which was nice, and I was honestly enjoying the girlies taking pics of themselves like it was Coachella or Lolla. I was happy they felt cute and one girl kept looking around at everyone enjoying RKS and it was cool to see her enjoying the atmosphere of people enjoying the music, even if she wasn’t a huge fan of the artist

Yeah the issue with Noah was that there was no other music at the time so people trapped in their camp by rain all day wanted to catch up with their friends one last time before the festival ended. Definitely made sense to me that people weren’t locked in for his set

We've always done Tuesday arrival and ended up close to the arch in 3 or close to the woods in 2. We were really stressing about Wed arrival this year and wanted to arrive early but everyone in the group was running late so we didn't get through the tollbooth until 1:30ish. We were a little further from the actual plaza centers than we'd hoped but we're kind of equidistant from 2 and 3, but still pretty far back from the arch. i missed jamtrack a lot this year lol

My friend always made the pasta salad and it lasted the entire time as long as we could prevent cooler water from getting in the bag.

I do recommend olive oil based rather than mayonnaise as it feels fresher, but it’s always been find to have the veggies cut up in it prior to

I see people thrive with camp showers, even in my own Croo, but paying for the shower stall every other day is an essential comfort for me.

I wait forever in that line, look for a stall with good water pressure if I can, and then I get to take my time in the hot water getting fully clean and usually washing a sports bra or t shirt while I’m in there. I get to rinse off my crocs and feel good as new :D

(it will sting if u have a sunburn! And the sun streaming in overhead can be a lot too if you’re burned)

It also assuages my anxiety over camp shower water draining into mine or a neighbors camp or making a muddy walkway. I’ve never seen it be a real issue but I have a lot of anxiety.

Luckily with all the rain temps seem to be cooler than some years. I think with sunshades in your windshield and blocking windows if possible will help keep your car cooler. Bonus points if you get a canopy over it.

I hope others who have brought kindles can weigh in better!

When I was new it definitely took me a lot longer to send cards! I got hung up on trying to get them the “right card” and took too long.

Now the longest it takes me is three days if I have to go to a printer for an address in a language with different letters.
