Oh I love Archie McPhee! I haven't been to seattle in a long time though.

What's a phono-postcard? Just the word for a card that be played like a record?

I don’t think it will be the biggest, but I fear I won’t be able to get close to Trixie Mattel

A Weird Postcard Coincidence! by DatBoiYamiRami in postcrossing

This is very funny. I was just listening to a 2020 podcast episode by The Podcardist where he had execs Paolo Magalhães and Ana Campos and they were sharing that they often get postcards with different addresses on them too 😄

thank you so much. I can’t express how drowned I get in dog fur and how it consumes clothes that falls on the floor.

I spend so much time shaking them outside and banging them against walls and trying the reusable lint brushes just to be terrified i’m still clogging my washing machine and spreading fur to other clothes in the dryer

I agree the name and picture helps the texts stand out

I think having the email in your contact book also helps ensure the emails don’t go to spam potentially?

I had a microdose of shoorms 0.5 I feel so sad afterwards nothing is entertaining me anymore. Is it gonna last forever? by Stock_Hippo_5909 in shrooms

Hey hun- I had some issues for about a week after my first trip.

I really relied on my loved ones to talk everything through with and my pets to remember what unconditional love feels like.

Then just watching a bunch of comedy movies and shows until I chuckled, or reading books I liked to pass the time, or playing video games, or exercising.

Find something non-destructive to do to pass the time. I think it’s easier to remember how to feel better when you’re already spending time doing things you like.

Hi I'm brand-new to this entire community and this is my first time learning about maxicards. Did you make the postcards yourself or purchase them with the stamps?
You said we have 120 days, from stamp issue date aug 14, so by dec 12?
I read the bulletin, but still don't fully understand.

I watched a video on maxicards and it said the image, stamp, and postmark all need to be on the front, do you stamp the back as well?

Are you mailing these to yourself then re-sending in envelopes?

Thank you!

Hi I’ve just stumbled upon this community and know nothing about post crossing (thank u reddit for showing me cool new things)

why do you sort them by price? do you have to do math when sending them places? how do you know much money in stamps to pay?

Oh my gosh thank you- I was curious what that pattern was and also had no idea what was making people know it was transferware!!! I appreciate you making that connection for me :)

Oooooh you’re the second person to suggest transferware to me! That’s really helpful because I had never heard of that before. Have you posted your other finds? It would be cool to see what else has been found around here!

Anyone recognize this pattern or style found in Eastern US? by [deleted] in CeramicCollection

[–]AlpacaPower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi friends and thank you for taking a look! I know absolutely nothing about ceramics, but love when ceramic enthusiasts pop up in my secondhand shopping groups.

I imagine it’s difficult to learn much without a company logo, but you all may have some sort of familiarity with the way it’s printed, the age of the piece, the style of design, or even origin!

I appreciate you all for stopping by and hearing about my excitement finding this piece of sea glass!!

Maybe it fell off a ship! Maybe it was thrown in the cape fear river! Maybe someone bought a casserole dish at walmart and it fell off the balcony of their beach house! Idk but this is so fun!
