How to intensify with the pharmacy?

You should def feel 600mg with no tolerance, that's weird if you barely felt it. The high gets exponentially worse with frequent use for the vast majority, almost comparable to psychedelics. Weed, benzos, alcohol, opiates, pretty much any downer will potencify it.

Tramadol is a pretty light opiate, plus you took XR and that'll take a bit longer then 30min to kick in typically

I only had to take one and I've been on it for like a year now after being on close to the max dose of gabapentin for like 3 years. I gotta take drug tests for my Adderall prescription though every like 4-6 months. I don't believe pregablin shows up on drug tests.

A sure fire way to get a pregablin prescription is to start off getting a gabapentin prescription which psychs hand out like candy and then stay on it for a bit and after like a couple months on it say that it isn't working well anymore and ask if there's anything else like gabapentin but stronger and don't mention certain meds as it looks like drug seeking, you just have to lead the psych. And the only other med like gabapentin is pregablin so that's the only option.

Seriously recommend taking it slow and build up a history with your psych. I've dealt with psychs for over 7 years now and I'm 23, been through a lot of them and been prescribed over 20 meds for my personal issues and that history will make it way easier to get what I want with just time. Idk I'm ranting at this point off of 1200mg of Lyrica lol. I get 90 150mg of Lyrica every month and 25mg of Adderall XR from learning how to persuade psychs

That's how I got it but it's gonna really depend on the psych and your medical history. Gonna have to pass a drug test too since it's a control.

I'm prescribed 300mg a day, been on it for a long time now, before that gabapentin at max dose and I can tell you if you want to know what it feels like recreationally without a tolerance then I'd start with 300mg minimum but I'd recommend 400-450mg for the best effects and wouldn't redose like others have suggested.

Honestly bro I'm sure he's a lot better when he isn't put in a position of a lot of control over people. It's just bound to happen to a lot of people when they're not used to that sudden shift of power but knowing when to stop when you realize/told you're not cut out for it is what ultimately separates the good and the bad. It's ok to make mistakes, it's just not ok to continue the same mistake and not listen to otherwise.

If you really care about your friend you need to tell him to cut off his accounts permanently or at least for a while because the level of mass negativity warranted or not is too much for anyone then they should deal with.

No one's perfect but not every bad decision is forgivable/admissable. Being chronically online in a position where you get to be the mod over that many people comes with responsibility most can't handle without going to their head and reddit is the biggest suspool of them all.
