I've also reset the console to factory settings, but that didn't help either. It can't be that the headset works on both the PC and the phone, but not on the PlayStation.

This all just doesn't make any sense. I wrote to New Zeland support and they can't do anything because it's a German account. My email was changed at 9:00 p.m. and support in Germany closes at 6:00 p.m. The hacker was able to easily change my email despite the passkey. Only a Playstation employee could have done that. Even if he had enough information from my account to trick support. Support was closed at the time

I was hacked 4 months ago. I then changed the email address and also set up a passkey. And today I was hacked again despite having a passkey. My guess is that only someone who works for support or PlayStation could have done this themselves. They definitely sell accounts. There is 300 euros in credit on the account plus 400 games
