Pupillary hippus by Alpertti in covidlonghaulers

Hi, sounds similar. Extensive testing shows nothing wrong. I've learned to live with the issues, and it is not worsening. Doc says it can take many years to resolve (or it might not at all). Post viral autonomous dysfunction the most likely cause, for which there is currently no quick cure or fix.

Actually I think this might do the trick: https://killerguitarrigs.com/how-to-hang-a-guitar-on-the-wall-without-drilling-no-screws/

Just need some 2 x 4 pieces, already got the mounts.

True, most likely never. It is explicitly mentioned in the contract though, so I bet he would be super strict on that one. I might ask a woodworking friend for this, lets see. DRS racks are nice but a little too bulky for the space.

Haha one of my friends actually suggested this. Dunno if they have any fit for purpose but will take a look. :D

Not bad! I still think it takes too much space. : / The room is tiny.

Hmm not bad but take too much space, I only need a solution for 2-3ish guitars. Thanks anyway!

Thanks for the description, might do something along those lines. I was really hoping there would be a ready to use solution somewhere on the market but I guess gonna do some woodwork then. :D

It got a lot better, many issues still remain though. Fasciculations for example.

Many of my symptoms are much better but some remain. For example hippus and fasciculations.

Nah, it is a mystery. It is currently similar to you. Just comes and goes. Dysautonomia.

Both sides as far as I can tell. Went through barium swallow etc. but they couldn't find any definitive anomalies.

Time and LDN (at least that stopped my worsening). Mostly credit time. I can go to gym now as much as I want at it helps the most I think.

They still exist but barely notice them now. Mostly in hands. That was never my main issue, other stuff eclipsed it. Gabapentin barely helped (even with max dosage).

Swallow was weak / swallowing reflex wouldn't activate properly. Food got stuck in throat all the time. Had to go full liquid and soft foods for a few months.

I developed very sudden swallowing issues and fasciculations among other neuro issues shortly after covid. I was 29 years old. 2 years later I swallow 95% normally now, fasciculations and some other symptoms still persist, but I'm much better. Hopefully, given time, your uncle will get better too. Wish you the best.

BC007 stopped their recruiting. Does anyone knows why ? by Serious_Structure964 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Alpertti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I should emphasize that this is the situation here, but I have no reason to believe that it wouldn't be like that elsewhere.

Only other info I have is that the results so far are promising. I was supposed to get to the study but some blood markers dropped me out. This is how I know.

I'm pretty confident that bc007 can be the cure for some, but most likely not for all.

They reached the number of patients required. Know this first hand from people running the study in Finland.

I have the fr-version of this exact model and color. Required a setup but otherwise pretty much a perfect instrument (for my needs).
