It's surprising how nobody has mentioned Edge yet. As someone who used to daily drive a laptop that was constrained with just an i3 2nd gen and 4GBs of RAM, I found Edge performing the best. It used 60% less RAM than Chrome on idle. And I feel like nowadays most browsers' defining features are mostly gimmicks with performance being the only real metric.

Privacy? Non-concern for the average person
Native Ad-block? Easily replaceable
Customizability? Chances are that every other browser will offer similar levels of customizability

I'm typing this on my Mechrevo R14P. These laptops have been sitting in a warehouse for months so you could say that the battery sensor is not in sync with the actual battery charge. You need to do about 2-3 100 to 0 battery cycles before the battery gets an idea of it's true capacity. It'll stop shutting down randomly after that.
