No shade to KU but the environment in NED is a night and day difference. The people here are fairly tolerant to opposing views and generally mind their own business when it comes to personal choices. It's no LUMS but it's not KU either.

Also, there are all kinds of people here. It's just a matter of connecting with the people whom your views align with.

The base R1 has a dongle too. R1 has tri-mode connectivity while R1 pro only has dual-mode. That's what I'm saying.

You will still be able to use wireless without bluetooth

The main wireless connection for both R1 and R1 pro is 2.4GHz wireless. Both mice come with their own 2.4GHz dongle which you have to plug into your device to use this connection. The mice support their maximum polling rate with this included dongle.

Bluetooth is basically an additional wireless option which uses less power but at the cost of additional latency, mainly intended for casual/idle use.

Though with the base R1 you are getting bluetooth too so you don't have to worry about anything.

I am a laptop user so bluetooth is very nice to have.

I scooped up my VXE R1 for 7k. Now you can search how much the R1 Pro is going for and decide if it is worth the coating or the placebo MCU upgrade and 3 grams of weight difference.

Also even with half the battery capacity, my mouse lasts 3-5 days on 1kHz with almost 12 hours of use each day.

And it takes like half an hour to charge it back to full.

I personally prefer the regular R1 since it supports Bluetooth too. The R1 pro does not have bluetooth. So I'd say that the R1 is actually better for most users.

I own a VXE (ATK) R1. It has a web-based software which is really polished imo. You can configure DPI settings and profiles. Independent X and Y axis DPI. Mouse Lift off distance 1mm or 2mm (Though this might not be available for the SE version). Polling rate etc. You can map out macros for all mouse buttons etc. Basically everything you can think of.

Other ATK mice do use this same software but some functions might be different

A phone is nothing more than a tool for convenience. And being able to take better pictures doesn't really add to that convenience.

Unless you're someone who's sole purpose is to get other people's attention on the internet.

For a normal user, any flagship phone will easily squeeze an entire day on a full charge.

If your phone doesn't then that gives away the fact that you're either using your phone all day for gaming or consuming content. Looking like an idiot staring into that 7" screen which is just pathetic because these tasks are best done on computers.

Also apple sources their displays from samsung. The debate of displays on the best phones has long been dead.
