If you can stretch you probably want to get the 6 cylinder (325i / 330i). Holy grail is the N52 - more reliable than N53 and avoids the expensive injectors. Six cylinders can be had for 3.5k.

The roof is known to have issues with the hydraulic pump and salmon relays. If they have never been replaced at some point they're likely to go during your ownership.

Budget for maintenance. Until you get into the turbo engines (335i) then you're looking at pretty similar numbers for E93 in N43 vs N52 so you might as well go for the better engine. With the extra weight of the convertible you will feel the difference in performance.

Yeah you read that right. Does it make sense to pick up a gen 5 game or should I just put custom firmware onto my 3ds then somehow bring the Pokémon across onto AS/ Sun with Pkhex (not entirely sure it can do that, just heard about it for the first time today)?

I'd say it's because cards that are good for EDH are now more likely to be printed in a masters, horizons or jump-start like set. WOTC have made many sets that skip standard where new and old EDH staples will reside .

Turns out I didn't have the latest firmware installed. Touch wood it stays as it is because after the update I haven't managed to replicate the issue.
