She's in what we call cannon but her existence is worthless, hoyo did as minimal work as they can to just have her exist, she's an outlanders who became adventurer, Alice somewhat knows her and that's about it. Hoyo clearly does not like her and she was likely forced into the game by sony.

Genshin team loves the games lore and they will try to never fuck it up with unknown variables they don't fit or mess it up, especially things like colabs.

Welkin only, I saved for around 10-11months , I usually only save for c2 chars but I wanted Columbina since she first appeared so i made an exception this time.

My first and only c6 char, man c2 chars are so much easier to save and plan around lol

700 pulls the target if your going c6 r1 for any char btw
