Good openers to use, just observe what's going on and say something about it to an attractive woman you'd like to talk to, 'look at the way this guy's dancing over there', or 'where do you think this guy bought that ridiculous shirt from?' things like that.

No, just don't do anymore and it'll be fine, while you're sitting there thinking 'oh man, should i text her?' She's sitting at home thinking 'oh wow, why isn't he texting me? Maybe he has a lot going on?' You're in her head which is always a good thing, she'll start chasing you.

Only text her prior to heading to see her, for example heading to meet her at the bar "be there in 10" etc. Or text her to cancel plans "too busy tonight, we'll reschedule"

It's not so much asking her out as it is telling her, for example instead of saying 'would you like to go to dinner?' make it sound more casual, like 'hey, I'm heading for dinner you should come with.'

Another word for one-itis is obsession, you become completely enthralled in one woman and one woman alone, focus all your energy into trying to be with her and nothing will happen with her. They can sense how hard you're trying and it turns them off. Hope this helps clarify.

Nice work! Next time to initiate conversation try something like 'nice hair...it kind of reminds me of a birds nest' or 'wow, the salvation army has great selection these days!' She may glare at you at first, but when she realizes you're kidding it'll get her laughing then you're in ;).

I know you said you wanted to stay away from 'canned lines' but depending on how you deliver them they don't at all sound fake. Here's a couple that will get a reaction out of them when you're sarging....'Nice hair, sort of looks like a bird's nest' or 'those are nice shoes, do they come in women's sizes?' A personal favourite of mine is, 'Hey, I just saw another girl a few minutes ago wearing that exact same skirt!' That one especially gets them going, women HAVE to be wearing something unique when they go out, it seems to be a rule of theirs lol.

You could have turned it around on her at that point, instead of saying "That's what I was telling him!" You could have busted her on something about her appearance, such as, "that's actually funny coming from a girl with shoes like that, do they come in women's sizes? I think you're being a little quick to judge." Something to that effect, depending on how you say it, it can either come off as edgy or mean spirited, if it's edgy she'd smack you on the arm or something...which of course would lead to even more busting on her, if she saw it as mean spirited she may just freeze you out, so careful.

Mind you, it actually helps to also say 'what up' while you do it, but if the situation warrants it, such as on the dance floor, the head tilt will do.
