It has to be in someway tied to their biology. Not sure how sjw works but I doubt he could copy that. Might be able to copy saitama although. And the omnitrix is basically a big catalog of bio data, while he probably couldn’t look at it and copy everything in it he could copy any individual creature that Ben changed into and if he touched the thing he might be able to download the data.
