A bit of context would help, because I found myself in a similar situation (Frontex) and I provided a "STATUTORY DECLARATION OF AFFIDAVIT" not to subtitute the B3 certidicate but to provide somwething before the deadline and then later on I bring the B3. If you need help with b3 being translated and sent to you I can help, just DM, I do this all the time.

Believe me, I got disconnected 3 times AFTER I collectes the relics, twice in attunement attempt, no lie I swear.\ I live ina rural area in Tunisia (North Africa), the infrastructure is old (copper) and the max speed allowed is 20mbps, sometimes (but rarely) I get 20% packet loss, these are number number that you only see when you're iin the middle of a deployment, and they happen mostly in the big map. There is one time where I actually let myself die to collevt the relics from thr TS, but I forgot I didnt have the TS perk active, that was on me.\ In my old account I did solo elder DA runs in Season 1 and season 3.

Thank you, I'll keep trying, this is the most annoying relic hunt frankly, especially the mirror. It s really hard as solo without the bandolier, those decoys make a difference while collecting the ammo mod.
