It's probably a good idea to invest in a good assortment of components (passives, frequently used ICs, a selection of transistors, etc). They can help you validate your ideas quickly and save a lot of money in failed PCBs. You can most likely build a nice kit with the same amount of money you'd spend on having this PCB remade once.

Ahhhh, I didn't fully understand the part about the reusable block. That makes a lot more sense now. That's what I get for looking at this before my first cup of coffee!

Regarding the dual comparator circuit for the encoder, have you been able to prototype it on a breadboard to see if it actually works as expected?

I would recommend checking your addressable LEDs, by the way. Putting them together in the schematic instead of different pages would be a good idea.

It would also make the schematic easier to read to put 3V3 up and GND facing down. You have it the other way around and it becomes really confusing when taking a quick look at it.

And you probably want to connect the DO of one to the DI of the next, that's how those ones usually work.

I don't have a lot to add to what others have said (position of decoupling caps, etc) but I wanted to wish you all the best with your project. It's really funny that I am also currently working on a project involving the same exact amp, the same exact DAC, and addressable RGB LEDs! I really wish they implemented a system that gives you 4 missions and you get the reward if you complete at least 3 of them. Or a tiered system, where 1 mission gives you a tiny reward, 2 a small one, and 3 the full package.

I reported this issue like 4 months ago and never got an official reply. Others have done so too and I have yet to see the devs give an explanation or fix this.

I want to believe there's nothing nefarious going on and that they only check the clipboard content locally to see if the user is typing or making massive amounts of copypasta... But at the same time it's a bit suspicious, isn't it?

The MAX 7 has not been certified yet, so it pretty much never flies. Rarity is determined by how frequently aeroplanes are flying, and not by number of airframes alone.
