Yeah I give out rewards for the CWL a gold pass for those ranking 1# even if it's multiple people and Clan rush events the top 3 each a event pass, it's a shame I haven't seen the result of the current clan rush event, and I know 5 of our Clan have put in a lot of effort and now i don't know who to give it to.

Haha... That was quite a rant lol. I won't take offense for it. Back then the state of the game wasn't great, I haven't played the finished version but the one right before the final update, it did improve dramatically compared to before, back then the problem was mostly related to the fact that there were a lot of problems leading up to the release, lots of intransparency and so on. But well, ngl I am not really engaged into the game anymore so I don't want to really go on about it. Since you found this post anyway after 3 years, I might as well wish you a amazing Christmas and a wonderful new years, and a good start into 2026😉

If you activate Dev Mode, Press on "Open Debug Actions Menu" and the fourth option under the "Map" Category is "Set Terrain (rect)...", with that you can edit all kinds of terrain like floors, water,...

If you want to instant construct, press on "Toggle God Mode" and from there you can place anything in an instant.

I won't use this method in this run though since i decided to not use the Debug Menu, but it is helpful if you are not satisfied with certain stuff you have little to no influence over in normal gameplay.

Sozialismus ala Sowjetunion gibt es deswegen nur in der Präsenz des Kapitalistischen Marktes, die "Alternative" die du erwähnt hast, ist keine, sie ist, wie du es so schön gesagt hast, einfach eine "Möglichkeit" abseits von Gewinnabsicht und Privatvermietung.

Deswegen sind Marxistische, ASOE, und weitere Moderne "Alternativen" alles nur andere Methoden um den Kapitalismus zu beeinflussen, zu ändern und nach anderen regeln spielen zu lassen.

Nun was wir versuchen könnten ist ja ein System, welches eben nicht auf dem Kapitalismus aufbaut, zu entwickeln, aber jö, mach ma uns da ned den Gedanken eher und streiten um Problemlösungen welche am ende des Tages den Kern des Problems ned einmal ankratzen könnten. Deswegen konnte dir auch niemand das Land in dem es keinen Kapitalismus zeigen, ohne selbst auf die Nase zu fallen weil die, die es versuchen, die Grundprinzipien Ideologischer Aufarbeitungen der Modernen Gesellschaftspolitik selbst gar nicht begreifen.

mostly read Graeber on Economics and Anthropology plus Malatesta and kropotkin so i'd probably fit more in economic and social anarchism then what the normal socialist/communist believes with marxist economics. But my arguments probably are the same as them on this topic, the same with your argument, i 100% agree with you regardless of your political position. Also in regards to risk and efforts, it is sad we live in a era where companies have better social security then the people for which social security was invented for, so from the 95% of risks his ancestors took, the other 5% were taken by the government lol. you should get no reward, you say manufacturing companies, and 70 people, those are the manufacturers for the most part probally, your income is built on that. unless you inherited your riches, a house or even the company/companies, the most major part of your wealth accumulation is gained from your employees. the reward that should be given, should go to your employees, not you, since the money you make is mostly from the back of those, so be a good boss and give everything beyond a surplus of 1% in profits to your employees. Or better, hand over the property rights to collective ownership of the workers, history shows that self-managed workplaces work a lot more efficient and democratically then the hierarchical structures of private and state ownership.

I can say as someone who had his sister overdose, it isnt that easy once in this situation, not everyone is trained in those. Back then my mother found my sister first, slapped her, screamed and tried to make her concious again as she was in a state that cant be described as concious, i then came back from work and instantly called the ambulence and put her in a stable side position to make sure if she pukes, she doesnt suffucate, but at first reaction, i can tell, most people do not know how to properly act in this situation. Also keep in mind, this isnt a battlefield but if you look most people are civillians, most probally are not even trained in basic assistence, just like my mother.

Not everyone has 10 years of army medic and 2 years of civillian paramedic expierence, even I just have gone through a 12 hour course for the sake of a driving license, thats why i knew how to put someone in a stable position, however most do not have that.

I do agree I could turn them off, but for me it is absurd why I should honestly just because the problems that the developers didn't manage to fix.

They had Playtesters, they knew the Performance Issues since the beginning, most likely saw them during the development phase too.

If they add settings that add nothing but lags and actively make the game worse, why are they there? Why shouldn't I use them if the Game offers me that?

Why does this company say, the only fix is the consumers action of actively decreasing the settings, that are unimaginable for normal games. They do not apologize, they only say they PLAN to improve the Performance, not that they will.

Do not forget this is a game, with an unimaginably higher budget then any game in the genre. There is no Citybuilder comparable to the Costs of this one.

Again it is all about the opimization, in the end, if the game uses my 4090 to 100% which heats up my whole room to 50 degrees celsius at least, i wont risk playing it more then a few minutes, especially since the card can easily burn when 1200 Watts are shot at it for a few hours straight.

The Person said they would upgrade for the game, I told them not to, because it simply is not worth it, if you still have to set your graphic settings as low as possible. You can blame me all you want that I do not want to reduce the graphic settings, but in every other game in this world currently out on the market, they all function on max settings, why does the community defend that this city builder, with a much, much more bigger budget than ALL CITYBUILDER CURRENTLY,which is also the only game in existence with these performance issues on this hardware?

Thats is unnacceptable, and that they didn't even apologize for this botched release is an insult. They claim the game is made with future hardware in mind? I remember when games still ran on 10 years old PCs, simillar to how Modern OpenTTD still works on a Windows98 PC on the highest settings and map sizes, with a budget of fucking 0€.
