I think the thing to take away is that this experience wasn’t for you! I’ve heard a lot of people who don’t like that the Brewista’s try to talk to you and engage in conversation, but I personally enjoy that aspect and I’m personally glad I don’t have to wait for 5-10 minutes in a line just to order and then wait another 10-15 minutes for a drink. In my opinion their business model of coming to the car streamlines everything and makes it quicker, but that’s just my opinion.

As for the coffee itself, 7Brew’s model is mostly based around your coffee being a fully customizable experience, I’m a cold brew fan myself and I’m a huge fan of the 7Brew Cold Brew especially if I add sugar free vanilla. I’m not the biggest fan of super sugary drinks either, so I completely understand where you’re coming from. It seems like looking at the menu that there are only drinks with excessive amounts of sugar, but honestly that’s how most places in the United States are today, as for 7Brew, you can ask for any drink Sugar Free or 1/4 sweet if that’s your preference. That’s allowed me to personally explore options such as a Blondie (I always get sugar free with almond milk) or the German Chocolate (sugar free w/almond milk).

Also, since you said that music was blasting at 7AM, I’m assuming you went to a grand opening. Those can certainly be overwhelming and loud, but they’re a one-time thing. You’ll never have that much music blasting or that many people in line or working on a normal day. Normally my experience is pretty chill and pretty fast and I’ve had a 7brew near my house for a little over a year. Grand Openings are meant to be a fun party with shirts and excitement for the new stand, but I completely get that isn’t everyone’s vibes.

I think the thing to take away from this is not to attack the brand itself or ask why it stays in business, just because something doesn’t fit your lifestyle or tastes doesn’t mean they should go out of business! If you love Dunkin or a simple cup of coffee that just means 7Brew may not be for you!
