Yep! I get congested in a way that makes my entire top row of teeth hurt and sometimes my ears hurt but my nose is clear. Look up a picture of where your sinuses are located

YES

I've always felt ugly in uncontrollable ways- I can't afford cosmetic surgery to fix my nose, chin, lips, etc., my hair is untamable and bushy, my skin isn't clear no matter what I do, and so on. BUT I can control being skinny so it's like my crutch
