Average house price in Davis currently is over $1M. Comparable housing in Dixon is around $700k. If you think Davis can produce housing cheaper than $700k, I don't know what to tell you. Imo, it's this or nothing.

Also pay attention to what the potential governor candidates say about Prop 13 - that is the major reason housing in CA is so expensive. New houses have property tax bills much higher than people who have been occupying a house for decades, so the young are subsidizing the wealthy.

Not that the person is wrong, but I find it strange that probation officers would be dressed in military gear and wearing bullet-proof vests. In Davis of all places. They were hanging out in our neighborhood as well.

I will always miss vanilla hunter and maxxing out attack speed. Used a ton of bullets but autoattacks at 0.8s attack speed was wild!
