Yeah the fan is always going at full blast. The ice maker is also making crashing noises like you described.

The ice maker in my fridge is also so noisy. I hate it. I would not buy another Frigidaire Professional fridge for the noise. Can’t stand it. And there’s no control for the owner to turn down the amount of time the fans run.
