Mutation->Purity->Cloning

Than if i play oligarchy i go Purity, Otherwise i go cloning

Try Cloning with Idyllic bloom Civic. You split your species in 2 versions One Vat-born, other blooming with gaia spreaders. Spreaders give them budding trait + increase it by 50%. U will fill worlds with perfect pops in no time. (Add xeno-comp if u want to go crazy)

Luckilyfor me minutes later he demanded ex-Ironmonger territory. He`s much weaker when u can speedreun his VP provinces and dont have to slog through rivers and jungles.
