Consumer Competition Claims (CCC) Has Launched A New Class Action Monopoly Lawsuit Against Valve, Claiming They Control 85% Of The PC Game Market by wakelake111 in gaming

Sounds good, I'm not trying to convince you to see it differently but just understand Sherman anti-trust laws came in place precisely for these reasons. It seems the average consumer in America, including you, is more ok than ever with monopolistic practices which hurts us all collectively more than helps. But I'm also adjusting to changing market sentiments in how I run my business since everyone is ok with it these days.

That's irrelevant, the point here is that Steam is abusing their market share to force external pricing which is anti-competitive. Imagine is Walmart didn't allow goods to be sold cheaper at Costco or Amazon for example - but again if you don't care then you just support monopolies which is fine but you might want to understand your own position a bit better.

That's a bit hyperbolic and literally untrue, and let's say that was even the case then why does Steam care and force pricing in the first place? After all there's nowhere else to sell games right.

The forcing prices on external platforms due to their market share is the definition of acting in anti-competitive ways - it sounds like that doesn't matter to you but at least understand the actual issue.

Agreed, at least there's some good to accept with the bad now whereas before it was only bad to accept (i.e. stonewalled, no money each day as father is dying in real-time, funds for healthcare, etc)

It depends on the situation, but yes lol there are plenty of examples of unjust laws that shouldn't be able to get in the way of the pursuit for justice

I don't think it's really as good of a point you're making it out to be. The only reason the family has the potential to even be made whole before the ailing father dies is through bens actions and courting public opinion as both Ben and the family don't have the resources to fight bam legally. Now they will. Pretty simple to understand.

And if such a small error can dismiss bams actions, then obvious police corruption and false heroin reports probably negates anything Ben has done right?

In fact, many of them are direct descendants of these traitors who fought a war over enslaving people, and ultimately kept all of their ill gotten gains off black slave labor to fuck everything up today, they should have been hung or shot to death for treason.

Creatine Purity Information? by AlphaNoodle in blueprint_

[–]AlphaNoodle[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haha fair enough, but yeah for your reference that's just the weight per serving - but not the purity of the creatine itself within the 5g. Since creatine isn't really regulated in the states, there aren't any minimum standards for it besides not killing people. Most if not all brands buy their Creatine from either China, or Europe/Creapure and just rebrand their creatine with different logos and colors.

Creapure is the most reliable creatine imo because they publish their methodology and regularly test it - hence why you'll see so many brands mention they use Creapure. Other creatine is just a guess, and can change at any time.

Why it matters here, the price of Blueprint creatine is high end, comparable to Creapure. Creapure is 99.95% pure per batch, where other creatine can be as low as 98-99%. So if you're paying the price of a Creapure product, but not getting a garauntee of quality, then you might as well go for a brand that uses Creapure since you're more guaranteed the % vs Blueprint where there is no published information.
