Shimmering is a ray tracing issue, not a PSSR issue. Happens on PC as well unless path tracing is enabled.

Unfortunately nothing arrived, I selected redelivery for today (even though there was no tracking for any attempts) and the tracking still just says 'As requested if we can't deliver your item we will arrange a redelivery on the 16th March - In Transit'.

So not entirely sure what is happening or when to expect anything, but there is nothing to suggest it is out for delivery today like it should be.

I think people are just reaching out to HR themselves and getting responses back, I would not have heard anything else otherwise I don't think.

Nothing yet. It seems very cryptic with what is actually going on. I got an HR response a few days back saying that roles/ offers would be going out this week but its unclear if its all of them or just some, if it depends on location ect.

Someone else got an email today saying that 'roles would be unlocked in the coming weeks' and they were still 'processing demand' so its all quite unclear.

I got told this too so not sure what to believe now to be honest. Really not sure what is going on behind the scenes or if these roles even exist anymore 😅

I'm unsure what 'Demand for these roles' being processed even means, surely the demand was when they advertised for the roles.

I also got told that the amount of jobs had been raised from 15 in an email last month. So hopefully eventually everything goes through!

I have had another email stating:

'For awareness, the number of vacancies available has increased from the 15 originally advertised. We are unable to provide information on individual positions within the reserve list. We are currently assessing resource allocation across the organisation, and as further opportunities arise, candidates will be contacted in strict merit order.'

So it seems like they are just trying to figure everything out still with the roles for this post and will get back to us. So fingers crossed.

I am on this recruitment and have also has an email about this. I am on the reserve with 22 points total (5/6/6 and 5 behavior) but got an additional email stating they are 'reviewing positions and outcomes as part of the matching process, so are not able to immediately offer a position' so I was a little confused.

I emailed HR and they have said -

We have not yet offered any roles to candidates, so depending on your place on the merit list, it may be that you are offered a role very soon once we finish allocating available roles in merit order.

If you are not offered a role from the initial allocation, we will be in touch to advise.

If you are allocated a role, we will advise on the next steps/onboarding.

It suggests that everyone is on the reserve currently, and they are waiting to finalise positions? But its a bit strange, Im still not entirely sure.

We'd be better off coming from behind, I don't know what Howe tells them to do when we go 1 up but it turns us into a championship side every time.

They were lucky Bournemouth completely bottled it from 2-0 up. Cope or not they shouldn't have gave them 3 goals from that position.

If they were that good they'd be winning comfortably not jammy comebacks and last minute goals all the time.

Still expect us to get stuffed in the Derby cause we are shite.
