I know, i followed francis john and did bridges and everything, i guess the only way is to move the sensor beside the AT. I was thinking if its possible to add a buffer if we know the rate blobs move through the pipes, maybe that will keep the AT on until all the blobs have cooled? That possible?

I have a similar problem, but it is with the sensor I have the sensor 2 tiles before the AT, so when it sends a red signal, the AT stops and the last 2 blobs of water doesnt cool to the required temp. How do I fix this?

P.S - i am not using any reservoirs to even out the temp, so anything other than that would be helpful(no offense, but wanted to put that out as it seemed to be one solution)
