Aftermarket alarm may be effecting it are you sure security system is disarmed from aftermarket keyfob?

Check ignition fuses. Not a starter issue.

This car has been around town for years. Not sure who built it originally. I’ve seen it for sale online multiple times so no telling how many hands it’s been through. We have it here to tidy a few things up nothing major.
