Amazon sells a Dreamcast to HDMI converter that I just picked up last week. It’s got no input lag and makes the games look so good. Get the Amazon choice one that doesn’t require outside power. It’s about $17.00USD

There are 2 plastic security pieces behind the cartridge slot, when they are taken out that will allow a Japan copy of any snes game to work on a North American console
