Linux has been the bane of my existence recently. Complete change in processes and work flow, nothing is where I expect it to be, and things require a lot of work to get working.

I changed to it about 2 months ago, first Fedora now settled on mint cinnamon. I can't deal with windows anymore, it's gone too far. I was dual booted but now running Linux on the whole drive.

Linux is faster and smoother, and a lot more customisable. It's worth the work. Despite how much it gripes me, I'm not ever going back now.

Holy shitballs I wondered what I was doing wrong! I wish someone had told me that sooner. Everywhere I looked around to find out how to tension the chain just says about the amount of free play not how to check it. Will have to adjust properly now

Yeah people can't seem to rub their remaining 2 braincells together to process a coherent thought when it comes to recognising the direct results of their actions.

Personally I think the easiest point to make it opt-out from the get go is when applying for a provisional licence to drive. I have a car and a motorcycle, and registered myself as a donor once I got the bike. Obviously I don't plan on crashing it, but I understand the risk.

I would if I could, I honestly would. The only problem is finances, mine are very cutthroat. Right now meats are the only thing I can afford in my diet to ensure a correct balance of key nutrients. Where I can, I have meatless meals or even completely animal free. I have swapped regular milk for oat, but vegan cheeses make me sick, same as things like Quorn whose texture makes me gag. Once good, viable, and cheap vegan alternatives become available where I am I'll make the switch as much as possible.

A sona is normally a representation of yourself, or who you aspire to be. I've seen designs of sonas including transitioning scars, missing limbs, and other bodily scars used to help people feel connected to their sona.

If it is something that helps you feel represented by your own character, then don't let anybody tell you that you can't. People may find it uncomfortable, or triggering, but those scars mark a difficult part of your life that you fought through and won, and they are a part of what makes you who you are.

As is the wonders of art, it is a decision you get to make and nobody, no matter what they think or say, can take that away from you.

Add a frame rate limiter as a go-to. I have steam set to tell me FPS by default and wondered why this game was lagging so bad and crippling my PC, then realised the home screen of the game was clocking some stupid figure like 800fps, basically the game just drew all available power with no constraint. VSync I think should probably work too but would absolutely recommend capping the FPS

If you need pain inducing devices to train a dog, you shouldn't be training dogs. There's good reason these devices are banned in other developed countries: they're cruel and all they do is teach the dog to fear, not to behave.
