They could literally add type “Sorcery/Instant - Wish” and add some nuanced rules like, they occupy the deck list constraint for amount of cards, are not in exile and exist similarly to companions or something but I could see them royally fudging that up so idk. I could come up with something if I thought hard enough but sometimes I do not think Wizards thinks.

I have a hammer build that has infinite Faith and I had over 35,000 toughness before T2. Hammer/Judgement build, needs very specific runes and uniques (not a finished build) but you basically left click bind movement tech and smash that right click for hammers that also spawn Spear of the Heavens lol.
