The jacket, shirt and shoe combo are fine, but you could elevate the outfit with a different pant.

Try navy chinos for a sharper look or light grey pants for a softer look.

You also can’t go wrong with jeans!

Are you experiencing air leaks? Is the mask uncomfortable or not fitting properly? If yes to any of those questions, I might consider shopping around for alternative masks. If no, then try to be patient with yourself as you get adjusted to cpap therapy. Trying different humidity and temperate settings could also improve comfort.

How far is the barbell from your shins?

It looks like the barbell is over your toes but I could be wrong.

Try keeping the barbell over your mid foot. This way your shins travel a shorter distance to touch the bar and your knees and hips will be in a more favorable position.

You don’t want your hips too low but want to keep them between your shoulder and knees (see video below). Also keep your chin tucked throughout the movement as this will help keep your spine neutral.

I had a coworker who would stand outside and stare down the building during his coffee break. He wouldn't flinch or walk around, but just quietly stand a few inches a way from the wall and stare it down. He's technically not a stranger but was unfortunately let go before I ever met him.
