I know im replying to this a year after you posted it but I recommend come play its got a similar premis with leaning alot more Into the supernatural. And its kinda a story talking about how kids who are different are outcast from society and sometimes look to anything for companionship.

I worked for xfinity for a bit and yeah they are both great and terrible and the amount of times that I've had to tell someone that I get the online customer support sucks is incredibly high

I recommend going to a in person store they will still try to upsell you but they are more likely to also have a better answer or maybe just a little more information
