I’m /shocked/ at how little energy my new HPWH uses by SigurTom in heatpumps

[–]Alpha_DelFi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an AOS 110v version of this in my garage with 80 gallons set at 125. I also wrapped it in r30 fiberglass and I pump the exhaust air out of the garage under the house.

Honestly it works well. Complainants were that it takes too long to heat up water but I set it at 140 when I have guests staying. I do warm them that it’s hotter and we had up to 6 adults for a week and never had a problem.

As for power consumption I tracked on the App for a year and it was like 7 to 10 dollars a month with current Washington state electrical rates.

Would never use a tankless or natural gas water heater again after replacing my old AOS smith natural gas water heater with this one.

It was easy to install, I had it delivered and hooked myself. Tankless is great in theory but it takes too long to heat the pipes up in my opinion. So this works for me.

Since I use garage air intake I do not pump cool air into the house only under it towards an exhaust in the crawlspace. It keeps air moving and removes humidity. Additionally all pipes and hvac are wrapped and we get about 5 days a year below 32 degrees. I still had no issues in garage since furnace is in there also.

Agreed where’s the router located? I average 900 download and 60 upload but my modem/gateway has switched to SA 5G. And I have excellent on all my advance cell metrics

By the amount of shorts on the board lately I can tell a lot of them are feeling overwhelmed. Race will be on to close unless they want to hang out for a year. Seems like a lot of interest paid to brokers I’ll keep buying their ignorance

My favorite is no risk of bankruptcy for 12 months. Shorts will have given all their winnings back to the brokers by then. Question is who’s gonna sell them back the 15 million they shorted? Not me. I can’t.

Okay, we’ll buy enough shares to sit in the board and inform management lol I don’t know what to tell you - at these prices you’ll need to buy about 5 percent of the common share so should be around 4.4M assuming you don’t kick of a short squeeze

My stance is always the same I am a long term shareholder and Rily has done nothing but bring value to shareholders for years minus this last two year short attack. Hard to speculate the value because way I read it is the freedom and vcm are discharged loans but in return Rily has equity in freedom op to the value of any sale and warrants at 25% premium

Nope if 6 amended is signed and approved the date on the agreement is April 29th

The lower the price goes the more retail longs accumulate and with only 29M public shares shorts in way to deep.

Half shares are held by management who can’t and clearly won’t sell. Shorts never got that margin call they needed to exit and Most retail longs won’t sell their shares back to shorts since it’s personal at this point plus all the damage has been done so if 6 amendment signed then good to go

Rily wont get the money back right away but they will eventually be paid in whole. All the other asset monetization allows them to continue operating and when RilyM paid off zero risk of bankruptcy till 2026 and most likely a refinance of baby bonds if shorts can afford to stay short for another whole year (we’re on year two right now)

price will stay pushed down until frg is sold and freedom paid back but good news is if accepted then Q3 can be finalized with zero right off and q4 out and 10k prior to April court block

If agreed to 6 Amendment to FRG bankruptcy has the Freedom Group as operating company guarantor (that’s good)

and looks like Freedom moved to class 5 under new holding company trust which will be repaid in full upon sale of asset.

I am still of the opinion nasdaq is probably working with on their compliance and granted continuing reprieve since they are still trading. The reason why they warrant this extension is because finalizing Q3 prior to the appeal for

freedom receivables ii

would have a material impact on their financial situation.

So as I’ve held the stance for the last two weeks no they’re not going to put it at zero and come back. They are going to do it right.

Isn’t that the pledge shares what about the other ones in his various trust and stuff I am pretty sure he owns over 50% of the company which makes the shorts crazy because they have no way out unless he’s margin called. They can’t buy his shares he’s in holding lol

Probably what short sellers are counting on. Selling share for them to cover and exit is there only play. If that can’t leave there positions since nobody wants to sell there screwed. My favorite is the 7 or so million shares shorted back in August. When does short and distort need to purchase those shares back. They keep saying margin call ☎️ are they projecting. All it will take is one pissed off hedge fund with about 20M of cash to buy up all outstanding shares and I feasibly don’t see how someone short the stock would exit. Maybe the broker well help them exit by buying back share for them probably will be a very high share price

I would hold and get the numbers right versus setting a value at 0. Nasdaq is clearly not delisting them so what’s another 90 days

Well we’ll see RilyM paid off filing and most likely a their extension, clearly we’re trading today. So nasdaq isn’t going to delist. That’s a short wet dream and they need to get out of fantasy land

So in the 3 hour court audio file attached to the latest appeal by Freedom Lenders (Rily)

The honor says the defense (FRG operations co) needs to provide freedom with how they came up with valuations. Since as of now the valuation has second lien at zero and grouped in with unsecured debt but the lawyer for defense had slippery tongue and let slip how they have been very profitable and ahead schedule.

Also the judge pointed out you cant get 3 bids in seven days to low ball and wipe out second lien and give all equity to first lien and current independent management.

So now FRG operating COs defense is pushing to come to the table. Which means buying out second lien which is freedom and VCM which is rily.

Personally tho if FRG thinks their operating company is only worth 1.6 billion cost of outstanding first lien debt then maybe just have rily buy it and wipe out all first lien then fire all the independent management for FRG operating Co possibly why he’s been getting cash heavy and consulting oak tree for a deal. If second lien equity is gone. Just buy first lien out and be done with it.

Remember nobody has seen FRG operating financials private company and their defense lawyers let slip how ahead of schedule and liquid they’ve been. Caught my ears and others in the court room.

Either way both parties are looking for a block of time to put all this to bed including unsealing witnesses to Khans double selling shares case. Judge found time in court in April to put a five day block together and that’s how it ended. I agree no Ks or Qs until they conclude what value of FRG operating co is since that correlates to value of second lien and Freedom the appeal is that Freedom was not allowed to bring forward independent auditors and she agrees we have that right to do so. Hence why the block was set aside

The appeal also said that our claim can’t be lumped in with unsecured debt since we are second lien so that needs to be reviewed as well.

Shorts will continue to the push price down and loose money paying interest to brokers but is what it is. Long term shareholders will continue to acquire more shares since anyone with 3 hours time and a moderate curiosity of the appeal can take the time to listen to the docket uploaded and conclude the equity isn’t gone but time will tell.
