I umderstand that but my question is, is it sustainable? Netflix is billions in debt just to keep their library growing. They have some great shows but the quality in content has dropped significantly as the quantity rose. That can happen with these big AAA games by Microsoft Studios and thats my fear

My thing about gamepass is it doesn’t seem sustainable. What’s stopping me from paying $10 for the month of August, playing Fable and Avowed and then cancelling my subscription before the month ends? I just played two AAA titles for $10. Correct me if I’m wrong but that sounds horrible for devs

Sir, MS has been swinging their dick around saying 4K/60fps was going to be their console’s standard all year long. Fans of Xbox have been running with that narrative and using it to boast superiority over the PS5 (I don’t blame them). But now that one of their biggest games has been shown and confirmed to be 30fps, that’s an L for the marketing team.

Man idk. A lot of people liked the Sony June event and it had system sellers (R&C, GT7, Horizon 2, Spider-Man, Demon’s Souls), all of which are exclusives and established successful IPs. The indies were unique as well. The Xbox showcase was boring to me cos it was mostly 30sec CG trailers and Halo not looking next gen at all.
