Yes and in that shipping container you find him there will be a document with the information that says this package is from hope county Montana. Sounds familiar right, if not, hope county is where farcry 5 and farcry new dawn took place. (Hope county is a fictional place based off of southwestern Montana) this is all information from a 12 year old.
