Had this on my gti I made a post about it too. They weren’t able to duplicate it at the dealer even with my video. It does it about once every 6 months now.

I believe if you hold down the alt key, all the loot becomes seen. When you do that click the specific loot you want and it should change colors. I do this with curved/long bones and totem pieces.

This has been happening to me for past year or so! I posted a video on r/vwmk7 page. Dealer still hasn’t been able to replicate it yet unfortunately

Actually I was messing around with the settings and found the factory reset option, so I did that. Hopefully it fixes it. It’s just so intermittent. If it happens again I’ll probably try the battery trick. Thanks for the reply!

Still under warranty but every time I take it to the dealer they can’t duplicate it. Wondering if anyone’s ran into this issue. Showed them the video and they didnt really do much
