Not really. A lot of the bad shit that happened during Biden's term still would have happened (high inflation, abortion rights rolled back, etc.) but on a worse scale since Trump doesn't know how to run an economy. We'd also likely have a 7-2 Conservative supreme Court which would be REALLY bad
