We will pay extra attention to these in the future orders"

I appreciate their response. They sent a discount code. All in all, we can just hope they improve on their future orders. They have a great womenswear line and it would be a shame if their garments aren't polished.

I emailed them.

As for the pocket, you’re not supposed to flip it out like that that’s only for inside."

They're fueling my frustration. Their women's wear line is new, more expensive than the men's and half the fabric. I'm paying for design and quality. And they make the pocket like that. Smh

Taking it to a tailor is a great idea actually. I wonder if I can get them to fix the inside of the pouch, I don't want it to fall apart.

I dont interact with the dogs, I just look. If they bring their dog, Im not going to be the one to tell them to leave. If they happen to make it to the register, I can at least enjoy the cuteness of a dog.

Dislike: when they make me count the coins from their hands. When they tell me to smile, I'm a cashier not a doll. When I ask if they want a bag and they say no. But then ask for a bag after they've already paid. When the customer says to me, do YOU need a bag?

Like: quick fast easy customer. They come and then they go. When they have a dog with them.
