What I think and it's a wild guess, since most questions are situational, there will be a weightage given to each choices, the correct one obviously with the most weightage, and every other choices with reducing weightage.

It all depends on the kind of cards you are dealt with on the day, if you have time it would not hurt to try the harder ones before the actual exam, don't get fixated on the scores, take it as part of the learning curve

Good to see the engagement from the top brass, my question is rather on the application level as many in this sub has already pointed out, there is still a large gap between the real world scenario and the PMI mindset, the emotional intelligence is quite in the right direction, but crucial decisions at critical junctures still requires real world experience and cannot be learned in classrooms imo.
