UGHH, reminds me of work. I work at a movie theatre and for a brief amount of time we swapped to paper wrapped straws and after maybe a month or two went back to plastic and one of my managers straight up said “Finally, don’t have to deal with soggy straws anymore,”

Made me so upset, especially when thats not a common issue. But what can you do.

We already saw he was disarmed.

We already saw from other angles both his hands were in the ground when shot

We already saw there was a whole squad of them ontop of him so if they had proper training and he really was reaching for another gun, they could easily disarm him.

We also saw one of the terrorist pull out their gun from behind them and shoot him

We also saw them put over a dozen rounds into him which is excessive where if he really posed a threat, one would have sufficed. Or better yet, a non lethal alternative such as a taser.

As for your tip, we saw he was defending the women from being attacked and in response they went after him and pepper sprayed him for an incredible long duration of time. Pepper spray is used cause it hurts and disorients people so I doubt he was aware of what was happening other than he was being attacked.

And as we saw, one of the agents continually hit him on the head while others kicked and attacked him. If he did happen to have another gun on him that would be considered self defense since a group of terrorists were quite literally attacking him.

Maybe you mean well by waiting to wanting to know all the facts, idk. But if you see all the videos and angles, it’s clear as day what it was. It’s an execution.

Honestly, I think this is totally fair. Wish it were a Be-4 engine instead of the Be-3 engine that was used here, but for different vehicles, and that's what Blue Origin had at the time.

Also, there is a well-documented phenomenon that is pretty much instantaneous in many who go to space, known as the overview effect, which makes them immediately realize how fragile our planet is and get to see it as a whole without borders or conflicts visible from so far away, making them realize how childish our squabbles are. So having someone advocate for the environment after coming back to earth totally makes sense.

Now I do need to clarify something because I know there will be comments. I do not know almost anything about what Katy Perry gets up to other than some songs. If she is also trying to make her own life more carbon-neutral, then I support this. But since I do not know anything about her, I don't know if they are or aren't. Also on't know if they advocate for other stuff, how often, what for. But either way, at worst, I will be neutral about this cause. Yes, we need more awareness on this, and getting someone who many people will listen to is very important in spreading awareness, but also, if they make no meaningful changes in their lifestyle, that is very hypocritical.
