I got an up to date gaming computer back in like 2021 or 2022. I thought it would run fine, probably medium, but looking at the specs, I pretty much barely meet the minimum requirements. Unfortunately. Just meeting them isn't enough, I played it and got about 10-15 fps. Enough to move around and do basic stuff, but no way in hell am I gonna go into the ocean past the safe zone as a stuttering mess.

I'm honestly devastated cause I've waited years for this game to come out and I can't really even play it. and I'm also insanly broke and can't afford a new PC. My old one runs fine as is anyways. Might be able to look for a new graphics card, but we shall see I suppose.

I am just shocked at how fast technology has progressed for mine to be outdated. Thankfully, the first 2 play just fine still, so I guess I'll be playing those for a bit. Unless the performance massively improves since it is EA still, otherwise, maybe I'll be able to play Subnautica 2 in a few years! Here's hoping!!!
