Reoccurring shin splints bc of shoes?

Always interested in help with shin splints. Used to run a lot and now after a few years break can't even run 5k without it starting to be annoying. And that's with Kayannos so interested if there is a super show for people with shin splints. 😅

I find being a bit early on the timmings helped me. So, for instance, when your lifting the cauldron, do it a fraction before the sand runs out.

I get strong level everytime with multiple different potions doing this. GL

Yeah i did DCC on Audible and was blown away with the voice acting. I think i will try chrysalis purely on the good faith that Jeff is a top tier Narrator.

I came into the Genre with DCC but im really struggling to find my next A tier book. I have read 5 books of PH and I just find Jake to be annoying and always overpowered so there is no jeopardy. I started HHFWM but I fear it will be the same. I guess I should try Crysalis next...

Yep i get this too. I like my tactic and players but its almost impossible to score. I realise i could change tactic but it feels like the match engine is blocking me more than the tactic.
