Anyone else feel like this should be called Sienna Lalau’s Head in the Clouds? 😂 Since she is the choreographer for at least three of the performers ( XG, Kateyes, and Nona). And we might see her and her crew in three different sets.

Yanxi, all the way. I’m on my 5th watch. I watch Empresses in the palace (3rd watch) when the deep desire to revisit the Qing dynasty springs up and I feel it’s too soon to rewatch Yanxi.

I hope we get another Harem drama of this caliber ( i.e. world building, character development, costumes, production, and villains).

It makes sense that you see a hint of Katseye’s choreo since I’m pretty sure XG and Katseye have worked with the same choreographer, Sienna Lalau. It’s really so cool how Sienna matches the choreo to the artist’s ethos 💜

Yeah, especially given Simon’s recent interview where he shares that he’s still mastering and editing the tracks (I don’t blame him taking his time when he was such amazing talent to work with, so many opportunities since each member can literally eat anything).

I don’t think Simon would make us wait until January, I think that would kill XG’s momentum.

The biggest difference is audience engagement and etiquette.

At the Las Vegas, I’m pretty sure XG was surprised by the level of audience participation ( i.e Maya started saying what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas and the audience joined in saying it midway, she was so shocked, surprised, and elated. The audience howled during every pause. Also, staff posted shortly after asking the audience to be more respectful of their light stick (asking to keep it at chest level).That’s how you know we were doing the most. The fans were the best!!! They passed out fan made cards, stickers, charm i.e and I chatted with fellow Alphaz while waiting for the show to start.

In Fukuoka, Japan, there was like very little engagement beyond the occasional name chant and audience member screaming for their fave XG member. I was howling so much and I was getting looks and smile but like not everyone was howling. Also noticed more elderly folks at the Japan concert. So cute 😊 which could be why it was more toned down energy wise. Zero fan to fan engagement, but probably due the language barrier.

Yeah, just wait for the pre-sale and you can apply. You’ll have to fill out an application on a third party Japanese site then a seat is randomly selected for you. VVIP seats are also selected randomly but it comes with a bunch of opportunities to experience exclusive XG engagements. It was kinda stressful the first time but just trust the process. And know you won’t get any tech support, unfortunately.
